The Cloudy ERP bank transactions screen is where you follow real-time changes in your bank accounts. Data entered here by your pre-accounting staff regularly updates your database and feeds into your financial statements. The screen also updates automatically based on the payment types of the invoices you issue or receive through the invoicing application.

Expenses — one of the most important items in financial operations — are documented with purchase invoices. The purchase invoices screen is where these invoices are entered. Working in harmony with e-Fatura and e-İrsaliye, this screen automatically imports electronic documents into the database while also letting you record invoice entries manually in real time. Every field you need for entering purchases and expenses is available on this screen.

Sales invoices — the most important category of mandatory financial documents — must be tracked with care and issued flawlessly within legal boundaries. The sales invoices screen within the Cloudy ERP Income & Expense Management Module lets you fulfill this function completely. The screen works in harmony with e-Fatura and e-İrsaliye and can also be integrated with a printer to produce printed invoices. On this screen — where you can report all your invoices for any date range you choose — the data that flows directly into your statutory ledgers is recorded. Invoices issued here are posted directly, according to their collection type, to cash, bank accounts or receivable accounts such as cheques and promissory notes. It is the most heavily used screen in the Income & Expense Management Module.

As negotiable instruments used by virtually every business, cheques demand significant effort to track through to collection. Monitoring the real-time status of numerous cheques due on different dates requires a solid IT infrastructure. The Cloudy ERP Income & Expense Management Module features a practical screen for tracking your cheques and bank clearing operations. You can follow cheques as they come due and take the necessary action before deadlines pass. Movements of instruments in bank clearing can also be posted directly to the accounts they relate to.

Ledger entries and tracking — now almost entirely digital — can be handled through the Cloudy ERP Income & Expense Management Module. Financial transactions maintained regularly in your other accounts can be transferred to the mandatory commercial ledgers with this module.
